Hi, I’m Leslie,

and I've taught group fitness classes to thousands of people over the years, in big-box and boutique gyms.

When the Pandemic hit, I immediately pivoted to virtual, and have never looked back.

BodFit510 classes are designed to meet you where you are, and help you progress at a safe and appropriate pace. Our mission is to help you live your best life - whether that means busting out burpees and training for a half marathon, or simply maintaining muscle mass, bone density, and independence.


BodFit510 will help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your body's abilities. In other words, it's not just about exercise — it's about creating a lifestyle that supports your well-being and brings joy into movement.

BodFit510 has 4 AMAZING Coaches. We've all been in Fitness Pros for 15+ years, and while we can absolutely throw down burpees and bust out pushups, we understand and appreciate how movements may need to be modified. We'll show you options that allow you to feel successful in your workout!

Class Formats

  • Strength: Strength classes include Total Body Conditioning, Upper Body Blast, Lower Body Blast, and 30-minute Core. We are all about building strength at BodFit510! You'll be amazed at the burn and intensity we can create in these classes. These classes incorporate cardio intervals to keep you challenged. You'll need dumbbells and a yoga mat.

  • Cardio & Core: 1/2 cardio, 1/2 core, what could be better? We'll show you how to dial up (or down) the intensity, with a goal of getting near your heart rate max (HRM). And if you're not jumping today, we'll show you low-impact options. Yoga mat needed.

  • Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates: Yin Yoga will lengthen and strengthen your body, center and calm your mind. Mat Pilates will improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility, set to inspiring music. Yoga mat needed. Other props may be used from time to time.

  • ProActive Aging: ProActive Aging classes are similar to total body conditioning classes, but done with lighter weights and lower intensity. Special consideration is given to mature bodies. Light weights, Pilates ball, and resistance bands needed. Chairs and yoga mats are also utilized.

  • Stretching: Speed your muscle recovery through a focused stretch class. Choose from a 30-minute or 60-minute deep stretch each week! Yoga mat needed. Other props may be used as well.

FAQs

Can I join a single class, or do I need a membership?

You can join a single class, or you can join with a membership. Most classes are $10, and ProActive Aging classes are just $5. If you plan to do more than 1 class per week, we suggest getting a membership, as it will be more cost effective. Memberships are month-to-month, and can be cancelled at any time.

What are the two membership tiers?

ProActive Aging Membership includes ProActive Aging Classes (6x/week) and Stretching classes (2x/week). It includes all associated Livestream and On Demand classes. $39/month

Full-Access Membership is just what it sounds like - access to everything Livestream and On Demand! This includes 20+ classes/week. $69/month

How do I know which class or membership is right for me?

Check out our class descriptions above! And remember, we provide options in every class.

The ProActive Aging Membership is geared toward people who NEED or WANT low-impact fitness. It is not limited to any specific age group. We have members who are maintaining/improving their fitness, returning to fitness, members with chronic illness, and members recovering from an acute situation. Some utilize chairs for portions of class, many do not. Some do floor work, others take options. Our age range for this membership is 40-80+!

The Full Access Membership includes all classes (including those included in the ProActive Aging membership). Full Access is for you if you want a wider variety of classes and more intense workouts. Yes, we still offer low-impact options. Our age range for this membership is 40-70'ish (some of these ladies are badasses!).

When will I be billed for membership?

Once per month. If you initiate a membership on the 8th day of a month, then billing will recur on the 8th day of the following month.

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accept insurance as payment at this time.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?
