Part of being a great nutrition coach is knowing how to meet you where you are, and help you along your journey step by small step.  

Will we focus on Macros and Calories? Of course! The only way to create change is with a caloric deficit. We'll explore ideal ways to make that happen based upon your dietary preferences, culinary abilities (or lack thereof), schedule, and budget. We'll work together to find a solution that works for you, because the diet that worked for your BFF's cousin's boss may not work for you. Every. Body. Is. Different.

Here’s what to expect from

Nutrition Coaching w/ Leslie

Weekly Check-ins

We'll check in every week for about 30-minutes. We'll discuss food intake, and any challenges and/or success you may have had for the week. We'll celebrate your wins, and focus on the upcoming week and come up with strategies that account for your logistics.

Outside of that check-in, you'll have access to Leslie via text or a quick phone chat. Sometimes, a quick mid-week check-in is all that's needed to keep you on track!

Achieveable, bite-size goals

OK, do you need to lose 30 pounds? 50 Pounds? More? Or is it that last stubborn 10?

Strategies will be customized, and we will always center on the behaviors needed to create real change. And, as you know, changing habits takes work. We'll break things down into small, achievable components, so you feel forward movement regardless of what the scale reads.

Steady Progress

Ooh, steady progress is a challenging topic. A straight-line loss is virtually impossible. Progress will read more like a wiggly stock report. Trend lines are more important, and we'll track your metrics to determine why a plateau might have occurred.

I'll be regularly analyzing your progress so we can adjust your macros and caloric goals. And yes, life/vacations/special events will happen, and we'll make sure you make progress without hating life!

What happens after you apply?

First, you’ll be taken to a calendar where you'll pick a time to book your free 30-minute discovery call.

Once you pick a time on the calendar, you’ll see a short form where you’ll answer some questions about yourself, your situation and your goals.

On the call, we’ll talk about your goals and challenges. We'll figure out if we are a good match, and if we are, we'll calendar our first session.

Why do I need to apply?

The brief application form allows me to prepare for our conversation and ensures your time is well spent.

Do you work with clients taking GLP1's?

Yes! Taking a weight loss medication makes nutrition coaching (and resistence training) incredibly important. GLPs facilitate reduced caloric intake, which makes the calories that are ingested that much more important. Do you want to lose weight eating processed carbs, or do you want to fuel your body with balanced, protein-forward nutrition? I will help you ensure your body is getting what it needs to thrive, not just survive.

Do you help people achieve rapid weight loss in advance of a big event, like a wedding?

Honestly, I "can" help with that, but you may be better suited with another coach. If you are seeking rapid weight loss for a specific event, odds are, that weight will come right back. I would love to work with you when your goals have a reasonable deadline, and you are in it for the long haul.

Do you have a guarantee?

No. A guarantee would alter my goal to enact real, and sustainable change. I commit to work with my clients to create measurable results, and expect that you will put in the work as well.
