Hi, I’m Leslie Bodner,

and I’m the Founder and Head Coach at BodFit510.

I started teaching fitness when my children were young. I wanted to model a healthy life for them and encourage them to be active, confident, and strong.

My kids are now young adults, and I'm not, haha. In my years of teaching, I've witnessed the effects of activity and inactivity on the aging process, and I want to help you get stronger and healthier.

I founded BodFit in 2021 to meet the needs of people who want and need fitness and nutrition help, but just don't dig the gym environment. You don't need a lot of equipment.

It's convenient. It's supportive. It's at your fingertips.
