Are You Ready for Change?

Leslie is a Precision Nutrition certified coach, and work with clients 1-on-1 to help them achieve their goals. You may be focused on weight loss, or, perhaps, body recomposition (building muscle and losing fat).   


Regardless of your goals, Leslie focuses on the education and behavior changes required to make lasting change. We want to understand what is driving your desire to change, as that impacts strategy and success. Part of being a great nutrition coach is knowing how to meet you where you are, and help you along your journey step by small step.  


Will we focus on Macros and Calories? Of course! The only way to create change is with a caloric deficit. We'll explore ideal ways to make that happen based upon your dietary preferences, culinary abilities (or lack thereof), schedule, and budget. We'll work together to find a solution that works for you, because the diet that worked for your BFF's cousin's boss may not work for you. Every. Body. Is. Different.  


Nutrition Coaching clients have full access to BodFit510 Live-Stream classes and On Demand classes.
