Leslie Bodner, the Founder and Head Coach of BodFit510, has trained clients of all ages - from teens to octagenarians. She particularly enjoys helping women 40+ build strength, stability, and body confidence.


Leslie understands how to work around joint and/or mobility issues, allowing you to progress your fitness without risking injury. She will meet you wherever you are, and help you along your fitness journey.


Personal Training clients have full access to BodFit510 Live-Stream classes and On Demand classes. In fact, homework between sessions will fypically include a "class assignment". Personal Training can also incorporate nutrition coaching. Personal Training takes place in Leslie's private studio in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and can be done virtually as well.
