Leslie Bodner founded BodFit510 in 2021. She works with all ages and physical abilities. Leslie is quite skilled in providing options that challenge everyone appropriately. Importantly, her livestream fitness classes allow members to scale up or down as needed.
Leslie is certified in Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, GRIT, SPRINT, and Les Mills Core. Beyond Les Mills, Leslie is certified in TRX, CoreFirst, SilverSneakers, and Schwinn Cycle. She holds a national group exercise certification, and is an Online Fitness Trainer & Certified Personal Trainer. Leslie is a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach and can help you achieve your body composition goals.
Leslie has trained for and completed numerous endurance events, including half and full marathons, a Spartan race, and Sharkfest - a swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco.

Secret Talent: She is an artist/painter. And she loves power tools and building things!

Nieka Mamczak has been teaching group fitness classes for 12 years. She grew up playing sports since the age of 5, and is passionate about health and wellness throughout stages of life. She also loves music and humor and is sure to make fitness fun, memorable, and engaging. Nieka teaches early morning classes, which you can also do as On Demand workouts.
Nieka is certified in Les Mills formats including BodyCombat, Grit, and Core. She is also certified in Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, and Barre. Nieka is also a certified Precision Nutrition Coach. This variety allows for her to work with multiple ages and fitness levels, in a customized and impactful way.
Nieka is also an avid runner, having run 35 Half Marathons and 5 Ragnar Relays. She has also been a running coach, and loves to encourage running to be possible for many, especially non-runners.

Lisa Togioka-Fong has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. After graduating college, she began her fitness career as a certified personal trainer and a couple years later began teaching Group X classes. This allowed her to not only touch lives in a one-on-one basis but to expand beyond to touch the lives of more individuals in a group setting. She also managed Group X programming in Sacramento and Northern California for 10 years.
Lisa’s passion is fitness, and she couldn’t imagine not having it in her life. She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels. She can offer options to dial up the intensity as well as dial down the intensity of any movement and workout, so everyone feels successful. She loves to smile but don’t let the smile fool you! She believes in challenging you to your full potential and pushing you to your limits to help achieve your goals. With the Pandemic, Lisa began teaching livestream fitness classes. Catch her Yoga and ProActive Aging classes live, or do them as On Demand workouts!
Lisa is certified in Les Mills BodyCombat, BodyPump, SPRINT, GRIT, BodyBalance, and Core. She is also a 500RYT (500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher) and a certified Sound Healer. She has a BS in Human Development and Exercise Science from UC Davis.

Favorite animal: Dogs because they give unconditional love
Bonus: Lisa grew up on a farm and learned to drive a tractor before she was old enough to drive a car!
Kelly Rackham joined BodFit510 in 2023, and has been a fitness professional since 2012. Kelly is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has taught choreographed as well as self-designed workouts. She is certified in Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat and SPRINT. In addition to Les Mills, Kelly is certified in SilverSneakers, Schwinn Cycle and SH1FT. She enjoys connecting with members during livestream fitness classes.
Kelly loves to travel with her husband. She has visited 43 different countries (not including layovers)! She takes a “planking” photo in every country. She is an animal lover with a menagerie of two dogs, two cats and seven chickens. She plays volleyball and has run two marathons and countless half marathons.

Shannon Daleiden has been a nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 30 and 25 years, respectively. She has taught a myriad of formats (nearly everything except yoga/Pilates and Aqua), and her current favorites are Zumba Fitness and Les Mills BodyPump. Shannon brings Zumba Fitness to the BodFit510 suite of livestream fitness classes! You can dance with Shannon 3x/week, or any time with our On Demand workouts!
She is a passionate advocate for joyful, purposeful movement, and health and wellness for ALL!
When she is not teaching, she works as a clinical psychologist, and enjoys reading, hiking, singing, traveling, photography, spending time with family and friends, and admiring other people’s dogs.
